How To Apply

1. Apply to Calvary College

First, prospective students should complete the Calvary College application to begin the admissions process. This initial step allows the leadership team to review your information, learn more about your background and goals, and begin considering your fit for the program.

Following the submission of your application, you will be contacted to schedule an in-person interview. This interview serves as an important next step, providing an opportunity for you to share your story, ask questions, and gain a deeper understanding of the program, while also allowing the team to thoughtfully discern how best to support you in your academic and spiritual journey.

2. Calvary College Ministry Application

Second, applicants are asked to complete the ministry application, an important step in preparing for their hands-on involvement in the program. This application helps identify your interests, experience, and potential placement within a specific ministry area.

Upon acceptance, it allows for a smooth transition into your internship or serving role, ensuring you are placed in a ministry that aligns with your gifts while gaining practical, real-world experience.

3. Apply to NU

Third, applicants must complete the application process for Northwest University (NU), the institution through which the program is academically accredited. This step is necessary to formally enroll in courses, be assigned an academic advisor, and gain access to the university’s student resources and support systems.

In addition, applying to NU allows students to begin the process of establishing any necessary financial aid, including scholarships, grants, or payment plans. Completing this step ensures that students are fully prepared and equipped to begin their academic journey with both clarity and support.
