The Holy Spirit is co-equal with the Father and the Son of God. He is present in the world to make people aware of their need for Jesus Christ. We believe that the Church is the body of Christ, of which Jesus Christ is the Head. It comprises people growing in God, celebrating God together, connecting to each other, serving those in need, and sharing Christ in their community. The purpose of the Church is to glorify God by loving Him and making Him known to a lost world. The Church’s mission is to love God and Love people by fulfilling the Great Commission.Matthew 22:37; 28:18-20; Mark 16:14-16; 1 Corinthians 12:12-30; Luke 24:46-48; Ephesians 1:19-23; 4:15-16; Colossians 1:18; Acts 1:8

People were created to exist forever. We will exist eternally separated from God by sin or eternally with God through forgiveness and salvation. To be eternally separated from God is hell. To be eternally in union with Him is eternal life. Heaven and hell are real places of eternal existence.John 3:16; John 14:17; Romans 6:23; Romans 8:17–18; Revelation 20:15; 1 Corinthians 2:7–9

We believe the two scriptural ordinances of a New Testament church are water baptism and communion. We follow our Lord’s command to give public evidence of our salvation with baptism by water and faithfully remember Christ’s cleansing blood and broken body with the elements of Holy Communion. And while water baptism and Holy Communion are not required for salvation, they are Biblical commands that demonstrate our faith in Christ and obedience to Him.Matthew 28:19-20; Acts 2:41, 8:12-13, 16:30-33; Ephesians 2:8-9; Matthew 26:26-29, Luke 22:14-20; 1 Corinthians 11:23-30
