If you are a mom, dad, sister, brother, spouse, significant other, grandparent, friend, or you yourself struggle with a hurt, habit or hang-up of any kind, please come and run or walk with us for the 12th Annual Run for Your Life 5K on Saturday, September 12th, 2026 10am at Bradley Lake Park in Puyallup, Washington.
This 5k Run/Walk is no ordinary race, but an event where every step has a purpose. Come out to walk or run in memory of someone you have lost to addiction or in celebration of someone who has overcome a hurt, habit, or hang-up. It is a space to acknowledge that, together, we can overcome life’s hurts and to offer hope to individuals, families, and the community.
All proceeds from this event will go to support the continued recovery work of Calvary Celebrate Recovery and other contributing Celebrate Recovery Ministries from the Puget Sound area.
Pre-Race Packet Pickup Available
Save time on race day and come by Calvary Community Church main lobby on Monday, September 7th for pre-race pickup of your shirt, bib, and any other items you will need for Saturday!

Pre-Race: Monday, September 7th, 4:30pm – 6:30pm
Race Day: Saturday, September 12th, 8:30am – 9:15am.

*Please note that registrations after August 15th may have a delay in shirt delivery depending on availability. If your shirt size is unavailable at packet pickup or on race day, you will be able to pick it up at Calvary Community Church following the race.

If you are unable to make the race day and still wish to have your shirt and medal, please email us to make arrangements. If you are unable to pick it up from Calvary, there will be a $10 charge for shipping and handling required before items will be mailed.

Wouldn’t you agree these days mental health and addiction are at an all-time high? There is an epidemic of addiction all around us-the need for resources is great. Addiction takes on many forms and can cause challenges in everyday life. Maybe you know someone who is struggling with drugs, alcohol, food, relationships, anger, depression or anxiety. Freedom is available in a community of support.
On December 23, 2014, a young man named Ryan lost his battle with drug addiction; Ryan was only 29 years old. The pain of this tragedy for Ryan’s mother and sister, prompted them to organize an event that continues to bring about awareness and healing for others.
Celebrate Recovery at Calvary Community Church is hosting the 12th Annual Run For Your Life 5k to drive awareness that there is support and help for those that struggle with any hurt, habit or hang-upon on Saturday, September 12th, 2026 at Bradley Lake Park in Puyallup. This 5K Run/Walk is no ordinary race, but an event where every step has a purpose. Individuals will be walking or running in memory of someone they have lost to addiction, someone who is still fighting the battle, or someone who has overcome a hurt, habit, or hang-up.
